The mission of 122 Chiropractic Corp. is to promote the well-being of people in the Smith Mountain Lake’s community (and surrounding areas) by providing accessible, quality, chiropractic care for people of all ages, utilizing a service system that emphasizes trust, respect, confidentiality, and compassion.

We are committed to providing quality chiropractic care that focuses on the overall health of every patient, including adjunctive acupuncture, dry needling, massage therapy, exercise advice, continuing patient education, ergonomics training, and nutritional support. We are further committed to the philosophy that we exist for the patient.
Directions
When you are heading towards the Halesford Bridge from the Westlake Corner on Route 122, we are your 2nd right after Capp's located in the blue building (previously known as No Bologna Deli) behind Phil Hager Insurance.
New Patients
We are currently able to accept new patients in our practice on a limited basis. At this time, new patient appointments are typically available in 2-4 business weeks. We are able to place all prospective patients on a cancellation list and if appointments become available sooner we will notify those patients on our list ASAP.
